SUBEDAR MAJORS CONCLAVE AT JAIPUR

     In the first of its kind event as per the directions of Lt Gen A Arun, PVSM, YSM, SM, VSM, Col The GRENADIERS, a Conclave of Subedar Majors of The GRENADIERS was conducted on 05 Jun 24 at Jaipur. The conclave was organised by 24 GRENADIERS 'Young and the Best' on behalf of the Regiment.

     The conclave provided a platform for all the SMs to discuss their vivid experiences and best practices of their respective units. They also shared their suggestions for improving operational efficiency, administrative capabilities, and organising routine training with Col The GRENADIERS. The SMs utilised this opportunity to bid farewell and extend gratefulness to the COR on behalf of the units for his outreach and leadership, which drove the Regiment in pursuit of excellence.

     The Conclave was organised in two sessions. In the morning session on 5th June, the COR interacted with all the SMs in the Conference Hall. The evening session for Batcheet was organised at JCOs Mess, wherein, various best practices of units and scope for improvement were discussed.

     At the end of the event, Col The GRENADIERS felicitated all the Subedar Majors with memorabilias. The SMs also presented a collective memento to the COR as firming in the memory of deep association.
